Online Therapy in Ontario

Therapy Online can be done from anywhere that you have privacy - this can be your home, your workplace or even from your car.

You can relax, not worry about travel time, what you're wearing, childcare, or physical accessibility.

I use a built-in private webcam service through a Canadian therapy software called "Jane". You set up your profile in Jane, book sessions, get appointment reminders, set up easy payments, and receive invoices and receipts.

Fees & Services

NUMBER OF SESSIONS

The number of sessions varies according to your needs. I suggest meeting once per week for at least four weeks and then spreading out the time in-between sessions in a way that fits your schedule, budget, and needs. Often, 8 sessions or more are needed to dig deep and create lasting change. However, you create the schedule that works for you. 

WEBCAM BASED ONLINE THERAPY

I meet with clients by webcam as it allows us to see each other. I can also show you documents by sharing my screen. If you have a busy home and need privacy, some clients meet from their office or from inside their car.

FEES

Free Consult – A free 30 minute consultation session where we can get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. 
Initial Assessment – 75 minutes – $150. To help me get to know your background, present concerns and goals for treatment. (To keep costs down, I charge the same fee as regular sessions).
Subsequent Session – 50 minutes – $150. Our regular sessions.
Check-In Session – 25 minutes – $85. Suited for clients wanting a quick check in.

HEALTH BENEFITS COVERAGE

If you have health or insurance benefits, we encourage you to contact your benefits provider and ask if your therapist is covered, how much you have available per year, and when your benefits renew.

HOW TO BOOK

You can easily book a therapy session using the “BOOK A FREE CONSULT” or “BOOK ONLINE” buttons. You will set up a profile and then book a time that works for you.

HOW TO PAY
