In individual therapy the individual is the client. In Relationship Counselling, in essence, the relationship is the client.
I specialize in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples or EFT Therapy and in creating a supportive, judgement free environment so that everyone feels safe and heard.

Emotionally Focused Therapy focuses on the ways in which our relationship interactions get organized into patterns and cycles. EFT Therapy helps explain how and why we get into those patterns in the first place so that we can interrupt them.
