I'm the founder of My Online Therapy.

I'm a Social Worker and therapist with a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW), and I am a Registered Social Worker in Ontario (RSW). I am a psychotherapist or therapist working online and an online mental health counsellor.

I have experience working with everyone, from every age group, ethnicity, religion, and sexual orientation. 

As well as the general population, I have specific knowledge and/or expertise in these areas:

Parenting Support – I support parents to help their children by offering emotional support and new approaches to enhance family relationships as well as practical skills training that parents can incorporate at home to create more calm.

Neurodiverse Adults – I have experience with neurodiverse teens, adults and family members with ADHD, Giftedness, high-functioning autism, and Non-Verbal Learning Disability (NVLD).

Artists and Creatives – I have experience supporting artists to reach their goals. I have experience with grant writing, idea creation, writer's block, goal formation and becoming unstuck and productive.

Activists and Environmentalists – I have experience volunteering, working on boards and as an employee in social justice areas. I understand your passion, sense of justice and your despair.
