Chronic Stress Therapy

 

Stress Management Therapy  offers techniques to manage and reduce chronic stress effectively. A technique that I might use is Mindfulness Based Stress Management or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCBT) a proven, effective approach to chronic stress therapy. For chronic stress I will also use other techniques to develop more coping tools, discuss your boundaries and the demands put on you and help you change any thinking or actions that are contributing to the problem.
